Our Story
Billi & Lyndsey’s story began in 2009 when they met while working for the state government. Fast forward to 2019, after running a blog for a few years, Billi had a lightbulb moment: a podcast! And in a stroke of genius, she knew exactly who should co-host with her - her bestie, Lyndsey.
There was just one problem.
When Billi asked, Lyndsey said no.
No thanks. No way. Absolutely NOT.
Because neither of them knew a single thing about podcasting, other than the fact that podcasts existed.
But if there’s one thing about Billi, it’s that she’s persistent. And if there’s one thing about Lyndsey, it’s that she’s a damn good bestie. Over dinner (with wine, obviously), she finally gave in. She even came up with the name Wine Chats - because what better way to describe two besties sipping wine and chatting about life?
In June 2019, Wine Chats was officially born, and they dropped their very first episode. With over 300 episodes, Billi & Lyndsey are still at it - bringing their unfiltered take on everyday life to an audience that just gets it.
As an independent comedy/lifestyle podcast, Wine Chats is equal parts hilarious, heartfelt, and a little bit unhinged (in the best way).
Whether they’re cracking jokes, getting deep, or spilling secrets over a glass of red, their friendship is what makes it all magic. After 15+ years of bestie banter, they’re still talking about anything and everything - wine, relationships, life, and all the weird, wonderful WTF moments in between.

Billi Milovanovic
Billi was born in the Former Yugoslavia and now shares her life with her husband, two daughters, and a cavoodle who’s equal parts cat and cuddly stuffed animal.
Despite hating running, she once (somehow) completed a half marathon - though she’d much rather be sipping a cold beer than a glass of wine.
But one thing she does love? Chatting. Whether it’s deep conversations or ridiculous banter, Billi thrives on good company, great stories, and saying exactly what’s on her mind.

Lyndsey Kirkwood
Lyndsey was born in Canada and now shares her life with her husband, three kids (son, daughter, son), a totally loveable cat, and a tough-looking dog who’s actually a total sweetheart.
She’s a fan of reformer Pilates and spin, balancing out her workouts with a well-earned glass of wine - because yes, she actually does enjoy wine.
Whether she’s sweating it out or winding down, one thing’s for sure - Lyndsey knows how to keep things fun, feisty, and full of laughs.
