The beginning of something wine-derful…
I didn’t know what starting a podcast really meant. All I knew was that I wanted to make one.
I had an idea but I what I really needed was a partner in crime, someone to build an empire with.
I had some options, none of whom were Lyndsey because I thought she was too busy with her three young kids. I told her about my idea and what I was planning, and then we finished our coffee and moved on with our lives.
But one night in bed, I was kicked full of adrenaline by destiny, my heart thumping away inside me, excitement taking over, my body tingling with possibility.
It was Lindalin.
It was her.
I must have her.
I got all Golum on Lynds.

Now, I know I can come on strong so when I arrange a last minute visit with Lindalin the following day, she knows exactly what’s going on.
And it appears that our sweet Lindalin didn’t have an interest in being on my podcast. Not one bit. Not at all.
But being Canadian and naturally kind (ha!) she finds it in her heart to help a sista out and join my team of two!
And the rest, as they say, is history.
Try and Try again…
The first time we sat down to record, wine in hand, things were… well, they were awks.
We just rambled on and on, talked over each other, interrupted each other – it was a mishmash of audio that was hard to listen to.
So we scraped it!
In our latest episode, you can hear a snippet of that audio at 18:08.
Re-recording resulted in our very first episode Lingerie Tales, still one of my favourites!
And since then, another 51 glorious episodes were made, many, many secrets revealed (like that time a strawberry got lost inside me) and we’ve gained a ton of new friends and fans who enjoy drinking and laughing with us!
